01 / The introduction

Power shapes the world. Leadership must shape it responsibly.

Political decisions shape markets, national priorities, public institutions, and the opportunities available to entire generations. Yet the challenges of our time do not stop at borders. Global Leadership System exists to convene people with the experience, resources, and resolve to engage in consequential policy dialogue, strengthen international cooperation, and help direct leadership toward a more stable, prosperous, and humane world.

GLS is conceived as an independent global leadership platform: a place where accomplished entrepreneurs, business executives, civic leaders, and people of influence can exchange ideas, build trusted relationships, and develop practical responses to challenges that cross national boundaries.

Our outlook is international, strategic, and politically engaged, while our identity remains independent of any single government or party. We believe responsible leadership can help shape policy conversations, strengthen institutions, widen opportunity, encourage peace, and support a future in which human dignity and prosperity are not privileges reserved for a few.

We do not regard influence as an end in itself. We regard it as a responsibility: to convene decision-makers, advocate for principled priorities, and turn ideas into lawful, accountable action in the public interest.

01

Humanity First

Put humanity at the centre of global leadership. Advance human dignity, unlock opportunity, and build a world where people and nations can truly thrive.

02

Power Through Unity

Bring business leaders and political leadership together to shape ideas, influence decisions, and build stronger international relationships.

03

A Greater Future

Work towards a world defined by peace, prosperity, progress, and extraordinary human potential—a future where generations can live in greater freedom, harmony, and abundance.

02 / The network

Where business leadership meets public leadership.

The direction of our world is shaped by both the people who build businesses and the people who shape public policy. GLS aims to bring these leadership communities into a shared international network—creating opportunities for trusted relationships, informed dialogue, cross-border collaboration, and initiatives that contribute to a more prosperous and stable future.

06

A Lasting Leadership Community

Develop relationships that extend beyond individual meetings and events, connecting people whose experience, resources, and perspectives can contribute to meaningful progress across borders.

Meetings, invitations, introductions, and participation depend on availability, host approval, the decisions of relevant institutions, and applicable law. Membership does not guarantee access to public officials, heads of state, diplomatic events, political influence, or any particular business outcome.

04 / Membership

Commitment is the beginning—not the credential.

GLS membership is intended for people with a record of achievement, the judgment to collaborate across differences, and the means to sustain a serious long-term commitment. Applications are reviewed for eligibility, alignment with our purpose, and willingness to uphold our standards.

Who should apply?

Established entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, investors, and other qualified leaders who can demonstrate relevant experience, a constructive global outlook, and the ability to meet the membership contribution.

Our standards

Applicants are assessed for eligibility before being invited to join GLS. Once approved, eligible applicants receive their formal membership offer, including the contribution fee, five-year payment commitment, and membership terms. Membership is confirmed upon acceptance of the offer and payment of the required contribution in accordance with the membership agreement. Members commit to fulfilling the five-year contribution schedule, after which they qualify for lifetime GLS membership under the agreed terms. No payment is required during the application or eligibility review process.

GLS may introduce additional eligibility criteria as the organisation develops. Any change to fees or terms should be communicated transparently to applicants before they commit.

Membership terms

Membership is selective and subject to eligibility review and formal written acceptance.

Membership carries a financial commitment. Eligible applicants will receive the annual contribution, payment schedule, and full membership terms before making a formal commitment. No payment is required to apply or during the initial review.

04 / The application

A considered process. A clear decision.

Every application begins with a formal expression of interest. The review team assesses eligibility and alignment before communicating a decision. Please submit accurate information and only provide identity documents through an approved, secure channel.

05 / Clarity & trust

Questions worth answering.

A serious institution is clear about its commitments, its limits, and its responsibilities.

Is GLS a government body or political party?

No. GLS is presented as an independent organisation. It may engage with political and public-policy issues in lawful, transparent ways, but it is not a government agency and should not imply official status it does not hold.

Does membership guarantee access to officials?

GLS is designed to build a powerful international network connecting accomplished business leaders with influential voices in public leadership. Through strategic dialogue, curated gatherings, and cross-border relationships, members can develop opportunities to engage with policymakers, public institutions, and decision-makers. Our ambition is to make GLS a respected platform for consequential conversations and international collaboration. Specific meetings, invitations, and access remain subject to the decisions of the relevant individuals and institutions.

Is the political contribution required?

The proposed political activity contribution is optional and separate from membership. Any funds used for political activity must comply with applicable law and the organisation’s written policies.

When do I pay the membership contribution?

Only after formal written acceptance and receipt of the final membership agreement. The commitment is $50,000 annually for five years. Do not send funds or sensitive documents during application review or based solely on an application form.

What does the GLS badge mean?

Approved members may receive an organisation-issued member credential, subject to identity verification and the organisation’s credential policy. A badge identifies membership only; it does not confer public authority or official diplomatic status.
